Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell home strength equipment — adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells and Olympic barbell sets, benches, squat stands and power racks, and multi-gyms from a compact stack to a full functional trainer, with the bands, chalk and collars to go with them. The type, capacity and user-weight rating are stated on each listing for domestic use.

Loads, assembly and safe lifting

Every piece is rated to a maximum user and load weight stated on its listing — do not exceed it. Assemble fully, check every bolt and cable before use, and re-check them periodically. Train on a firm level floor and protect it with mats; use the safety bars, spotter arms or a training partner for heavy barbell work. CE marked. Keep children and pets away from weights and moving parts. This is training equipment, not medical equipment — if you are new to training, pregnant, or have a heart, joint or back condition, speak to your doctor before starting.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
