We ship from Germany across Germany, the rest of Europe and worldwide. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order.

Racks and machines

Power racks, Smith machines, crossovers and multi-gyms are very heavy and ship on a pallet, often in several cartons. Delivery is kerbside: the carrier brings the pallet to the nearest accessible hard standing, not up stairs or into the room. Plan help and a route; a loaded pallet can exceed 150 kg. Dumbbells, kettlebells and plate sets ship by pallet or heavy parcel; bands, chalk and collars ship by parcel.

Times

Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–10 business days to the rest of Europe and 7–20 business days further afield. Pallet shipments are booked with a freight carrier who calls ahead; allow 5–15 business days.

Customs

Goods are dispatched from Germany. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duty, VAT or clearance fee in the destination country is payable by the recipient.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging before you sign for it, note any damage on the carrier's paperwork and photograph it — that is what makes a claim straightforward.
